What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
What Can’t Be Returned?
We do not accept returns for:

Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable

Personal care, hygiene-related, or intimate products

Custom or personalized items

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear & tear
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the product is damaged/defective

Our team will review your request and get back within 24–48 hours
If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong item), return shipping is free

If it's for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable courier for safety
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may ask for your UPI or bank details for refund
Replacements & Exchanges
We offer free replacements for:

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence (photos or videos)
Important Notes
