  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Remote or special zones may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track it from your Ziffle account or our “Track My Order” page.


📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship PAN India.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.


💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499

  • For orders below ₹499: Flat ₹49 shipping fee

  • COD (Cash on Delivery): ₹60 additional COD fee


📦 Packaging

All orders are packed with extra care and cuteness to ensure your items arrive in perfect shape.

We aim to deliver on time, but we’re not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Delivery partner issues

  • Festivals or regional restrictions

 Ziffle Order Cancellation Policy

We get it — sometimes plans change. Here's how cancellations work at Ziffle:


🕑 Cancellation Window

  • You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it

  • After that, your order may already be packed or shipped and can’t be cancelled


🔁 Already Shipped?

If your order has shipped, we can’t cancel it. You can wait for it to arrive and request a return if eligible. (See our Return Policy for details.)


💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • COD orders don’t require a refund, but please avoid rejecting packages unless necessary — it hurts small businesses like ours ❤️
