We get it — sometimes plans change. Here's how cancellations work at Ziffle:

After that, your order may already be packed or shipped and can’t be cancelled
🔁 Already Shipped?
If your order has shipped, we can’t cancel it. You can wait for it to arrive and request a return if eligible. (See our Return Policy for details.)
💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

COD orders don’t require a refund, but please avoid rejecting packages unless necessary — it hurts small businesses like ours ❤️
